M.C's find...Revisited.

I visit the Wisconsin Dells a lot. Its a favorite vacation spot. And a really great antiquing place.
A year ago, M.C found this and this year, same time about, I found this picture

Pretty neat. 

Treasures Found!

Oh! We came back successful! Very successful! It was a decisively hot day and towards the end of it, I was walking in a daze.  Thank the Mr for the fantastic finds.

We were walking past a table when the Mr said to hold up and lets look. Glad we did!! We found a treasure trove of wonderful photos!

A Second Marriage

I figure this is a second marriage, possibly two widowers, or a widower taking a wife or husband.

We (The Mr. and I) think the second couple could be thier kids.

This used to be on my wall, but its down right now, as it needs repair on the back.

M.C's find

A very cool side effect of my collecting is that the whole family gets in on it. The Hubs loves the hunt. I love the find. M.C finally got in on the action Saturday. As I was pawing through a box  of someone else's memories, ( Doesn't that sound sad?) M.C came across these little beauties.

M.C is learing how to treasure the past...but in his own way.

He wants to start collecting post cards for where ever we visit

Missouri Wedding

This is beautiful! I love the architecture of the church
And I especially love that this is a Family wedding picture. Both Brides and Grooms parents are there. With full wedding party.

And a bonus, my dears...August 16th, 1953. The wedding date. Very rare I find a picture with the exact date.
